The introduction of Johnny Doodle at one of the biggest consumer fairs in the Netherlands was 1 to lick your fingers. The stubborn, creative and self-made brand, known for its rich chocolate and fudge collection took its moment of fame with a true chocolate factory. Commissioned by The Chocolate Factory, the Merkenbaar team developed more than 60m2 brand experience, a real Johnny Factory and the eye catcher of the Huishoudbeurs in the RAI in Amsterdam.
In collaboration with Johnny Doodle and Bebr-Agency (graphic design), our studio developed a concept that tells the story of Johnny; the production process, the store, the fair trade process and the literal chocolate was distributed to the production line. In addition, each visitor was allowed to hit the ‘kop van jut’, an activation which was a 'smashing' success.
